Improving software used for a gaming community

Hello! I am looking for help with a gaming hobby / project I am working on. I am hoping to find someone who can work for a reasonable price to code some solutions for me, which I would like to be open sourced to avoid abandonment issues. Also, since I am not a linux expert I will need help setting up the server properly and getting the solutions running. I am semi technically inclined to run servers (learning Linux etc) but i have zero programming skills. I am looking for programming help designing a better user interface and adding some features to a game service called www.Eveservers.info.
