I need on this below features.. or u can suggest me something better than this..
1) I need to change the user interface of this
2) there form needed to be added in teh ticket form.. we have 5 CS area so 3 have different forms.. which I need to add it in there categories..
so once user selects Example.. network support that that tabs open the below detaisl of that tab related to the network support. and so on for the other 2 forms..
3) I need to have a capability to add fields from [url removed, login to view] any particular form delete edit or add..
4) when user selects anything in the form everything should be there as a details in the ticket for the support department to understand.
5) I need to have a report system so that if i need any part i can customize the field to get the report as per my requirements.
6) responsive with phone gap.
7) ASSET Management
8) after the SUBJECT field I need to add my department location .. in there as a default from user to choose from the dropdown list.. and there is a code in every department so as a department ID please use the Id that I will provide u so that I can utilize it later on to my internal applicaiton.
9) any improvement in the work suggestion I will give u little extra..
10) only the new ticket field will be in both english and arabic .. liek this asasasa/منسيمنتسيت so that user from both languages can submit the form..
