I have a unique business that is run entirely from Facebook and sells used kids clothing and toys. Customers comment on pictures of items to claim them, they also comment 'second', 'third' etc. in case the first person passes on the item.
I need a database where I can:
- enter customer information
- enter consigner information
- import my inventory using an excel spreadsheet
- type in the item code and have the inventory item come up and I can enter the purchasers name
- I need to be able to print out a 'Pick List' that tells me each item that every customer bought (by date and by pick up location) so that I can assemble the orders for pick up.
- I need to be able to mark things as sold in large batches and pass things to the second or third person in line if the item is not picked up.
- I also need to keep track of what each consigner has listed with us (item codes have consigner codes embedded in them)
- I need to track credits for the consigners who also shop with us but want to use up their available credit
- I need to run reports telling me what each consigner is owed at any given time.
- Reports for lost items and unsold items.
- Financial statements for each of our three pick up locations.
- I need to be able to mass email my customers their invoices each week
- I need to be able to mass email my consigners their payout info each week
- I need to be able to send out messages to all my customers via email.
