Chaia predictive dialer - repost

The project will consist of the following Website that will promote our automatic Dialer also known as auto dialer , predictive dialer , call center , and PBX system. The website must allow clients to purchase the product online and also log in and start using the product. The software has already been developed , but We need to further refine it and add a few more features! You can see a full version of the open source software below [login to view URL] To work with Asterisk you will need a working knowledge of Linux, script programming, networking and telephony. There is an additional software that I will upload to you that will be added to asterisk. Our dialer should be capable of the following features 1) auto dialing a list that is uploaded by the client himself . 2) our clients should be able to upload the National do not call list and subtract those numbers from the list of numbers they want to call. 3) once a Client is speaking with a customer the client should be able to transfer the call to a remote agent/closer 4)the client /agent should be able to associate every call to a disposition such as sale , call back , busy number , or add them to the do not call list. 4) the dialer should also be able to have the capability of voice broadcasting , for use in taking surveys , or political campaigns , or reminders from dentist libraries or other appointments. 5) the software should be able to work with any VoIP provider such as Skype , and others , we are hoping to be able to add VoIP providers at the server and also as an alternative on the client computer. We prefer it be at the client computer but both at the client and server would be best. 6) besides the capability of making large number of calls it will be necessary to also be able to send out large numbers of emails , Faxes ,text MSG , and Tweeter,and integrate with Facebook! 7) it should also have a software similar to [login to view URL] This software basically take telephone numbers ,fax numbers and email adresses from the yellow pages and white pages and imports directly into the calling List , email list , and fax list. 8) it should have a page where the agent can read the script that he should be reading out to the client on the line! 9) an app that works with android Ipad and IPhone where a agent can connect to the server via their phone and autodial phone numbers automatically . 10)be able to autodial contacts from Skype or FaceTime Usually you can dial an email or number to FaceTime,or Skype . 11) allow postings to Craigslist or backpage , would be convenient if there is a page that would contain all the vendors such as Skype , Facebook , backpage, email accounts where agent can automatically be able to connect to all these marketing tools at once with saved passwords.
