Let me give you a brief explanation and you decide if you're interested:
Basically what the website does ([url removed, login to view]) is that as soon as anyone logs in using their Twitter info it opens up a dashboard for them that includes their anteescore, a feed with their tweets and a competition widget.
The anteescore is calculated by basically dividing the total amount of retweets by tweets.
The feed has an extension that shows the variance between that specific tweets retweets and the anteescore.
The competition widget is a feature where users can simply put in anyone on Twitters username and it will show them that users anteescore and the difference between their anteescore and the main users anteescore.
Please have a play with it so you understand clearly what I mean.
For this project I want the same exact thing but for Instagram:
1. The anteescore will be the average likes per picture
2. The feed will include every picture and the variance between that pictures likes and the anteescore.
3. By using the competition widget users should be able to simply type in anyones Instagram username and it will add them to the competition widget, show their anteescore, and the difference between the main user and that users anteescore.
I should note that ALL of the front end design is already finished and ready in HTML/CSS format. All that is needed is the back end development.
