We have a problem which has arisen when customers attempt to place an order on our existing OsCommerce shopping cart [url removed, login to view] (this is not a new installation but has been live for several years) They cannot get past the [url removed, login to view] shipping page. Every time they click on the continue button it brings them back to the same shipping page. They are unable to progress to the next payment page.
After doing some checking, I believe the problem only occurs if the total value in the cart is more than $150. Since we have an active module, Order total > Shipping> Free shipping for orders over $150, the problem would seem to relate to this section.
Another problem which has arisen as well is that when you reach the [url removed, login to view] and click on the Change Address link to change your shipping address, what appears on the next page is a list of addresses which OTHER customers have previously entered. And even though this list of course should not appear, if you select one of the addresses, it does not actually pick up this as the new address for the goods to be shipped to.
The above address book problem appears to occur if you have used the “purchase with creating an account”
But if you have chosen instead to create an account, this time if you attempt to change addresses it does indeed correctly bring up only the address that you have previously entered and will correctly enter this as the new ship to address.
BUT its now not possible to change an address. The page where you can enter a new address does not appear when you click Change Address from [url removed, login to view] – only the list of EXISTING addresses you have entered.
