I have a client with a heavily modded site that needs a small modification to the Attribute management area. Current there are hundreds of pages of attributes which makes it difficult to manage a specifc product attribute. Now I knoiw there are some addons that can hep this. But I figure the easiest way is to add a custom filter called Category. This would be a drop down that wil list all teh categories and subcategories in the system (subcategories idented). First option (default) would be all. User can simply select an item from the drop down and the list of attributes will only show those attributes associated with the selected category. A few thigns to keep in mind:
Obviously its possible that the filters selected returns more than 1 page of attributes. So its important that navigation through the pages works properly.
As an alternate quote/option, you can tell me the cost to implement this module [url removed, login to view] in the existing heavily modified cart. I suspect that the modification indicated above will be easier to do, but I am open either way.
I will only look at bidders who have feedback and who have expertise in oscommerce.
