Need to create custom report, that would display all products bought during a chosen period and also calculate summaries. Report output example can be found in attachment.
o Only orders with "Complete" status must be included in this report
o Product costs must be taken from orders, not product attributes, as prices could change
o Every product must be presented as a single line in report with all summary values as shown in example
o Standard "Export to" option must support exporting to excel.
Report will have following controls:
o From:To Dates
o Author - as multiple select
o Copyright - as multiple select
o Genre - as multiple select
o Agent - as multiple select
o Sub-agent - as multiple select
o Book Name - as multiple select
Only Dates are compulsory, all other values basically just narrow down displayed results if set.
Report output will have following columns:
o Row number
o Author - product attribute (dropdown)
o Copyright - product attribute (dropdown)
o Genre - product attribute (dropdown)
o Agent - product attribute (dropdown)
o Sub-agent - product attribute (dropdown)
o Book Name - product attribute
o From:To Dates - values from report settings
o Times Sold - amount of times this product was sold
o Total - Total this product was payed for during chosen period of time
o Total excl. Tax - taken from
o Royalty % - product attribute
o Profit - this is Sub-Total minus Royalty
o Royalty - this is Sub-Total*Royalty %
o Report name in admin menu should be: "Total sold" and should go under Reports > Sales right under Sales Report. Name should be declared for translation.
o Please include a TOTAL row in report at the very bottom. Similar to how other reports do this. I need to see totals only for the following columns:
o Times Sold
o Total excl. Tax
o Columns names, if they are not attribute names, must be declared for translation!
