PHP Website and SEO

It is a directory for companies that provide tourists attractions, such us bus tours, boat trips, etc. Users planning a tour can send messages to individual companies or send a message to all companies in a region at once.

You will be provided with the design in Photoshop of every page, and written specification, so the job should be straightforward. I’m attaching some images that will give you a good idea about the scope of the project. The website will have photo albums, conversations, captchas, email notifications and various options for the Web Master.

I’m looking for two things: Excellent SEO and well-written code. Applicants need to have experience on GAF for SEO, and the code will be expanded in the future, so it must be written in modules, clean and well commented. It also has to comply with W3C Strict Standard.

My budget is under $750 The chosen provider will need to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to see the full specifications. I will not award the project until the chosen provider reads the specifications and confirms that is happy with the job.
