Database system and page interlink

Hi

I need a smallish script as follows:

It is to add to my site.

I can create pages and they then appear as links inside a file that is included within my main site.

So

I can create these pages and as many as I want:

page 1

page 2

page 3

then maybe next page has sub pages

page 4

sub page a

sub page b

etc...........

So on my main site I have a file [login to view URL] that automatically updates links as I add new pages in database

so [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] appears on my home page

If I then click to page [login to view URL]

At the bottom I see

[login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL]

PLUS [login to view URL] etc.........

I need a mod rewrite so all pages look like normal html no php commands or ? etc....

The database needs basic admin NOT wysiwyg - just window for pasting html.

Also the title of each page will be contents of H1 tag on same page!
