I need tenants community web site that will be based on PHP-Nuke or something similar
The graphics design will be purchased from [url removed, login to view]
PHP-NUKE THEME INFO:Item number: 3850, Type: PHP-Nuke Theme
Some customization is required and I will provided few relevant pictures
Some icons need to be replaced
Also I would like to use the latest ver of PhPNuke and support Banners and their management
My understanding is that no programming is required since everything is supported by PHP-Nuke
List of function I need from the forum based site
Main page
Strip of 1-3 banners for advertisement
Icons for (News,For Sale,Furors,Coupons,Listings,Contact US)
Right side - poll
Main part of the page - open for text
Instead of the logo there will be picture I will provide
Left side bar will list all the options and categories of the site
1. News section
3 types of Classifieds sections
First section open to the members to post and for everyone to view
1.1. Babysitting and Childcare Services (maybe 2 parts: offering and seeking)
1.2. Nursing and Elderly Care
1.3. Tutoring services
1.4. Cleaning services
1.5. Other professional services
Closed section operated by moderator and there is an option to add picture and links

This section will allow registered users to upload picture of the item they would like to sell

Advertisements should be on all the pages on the top and bottom and if possible on the sides
inside Forum and listing and pages should have forum and message boards look
The site will be installed on Linux hosting provider that support mysql database and you will need to install and config PHP nuke
