Technical Job Postings Site

The dutch site [url removed, login to view] is a site for an agency that recruits technicians on a temporarily basis. It is in need of a renovation of its design which has to result in a attractive look and feel for technical people. We need a templates which we can use in our CityDesk CMS client. Basically when you create text areas we replace the HTML code for this with a Citydesk code and are able then to update the text of the website through this software. A complete jobpostingssolution will be taken in consideration too when offered.

Please include some references both of past work and the type of design that you are thinking about as we will make our choice mainly based on example sites.
