Product System in PHP

I need a coder to implement a product system seamlessly into my current CSS / HTML layout. Also to create a Expanding/Contracting menu in PHP.
There must be a simple product entry page where there is:
1) Dropdown box for category of product
2) Dropdown box for manufacturer of product under above category
3) Text box for small description of product
4) Text box for product code
5) Text box for price
4) Boxes to insert images for product (multiple images)
5) Text Boxes to insert measurements (To Be Confirmed)
Once we have submitted a product it must show the product under the correct category > manufacturer in the expanding and contracting menu automatically so we do not have to update this manually.
Therefore when you click on a product within this menu it will take you to a page (same layout for every product) which will then show the details of the product.
I already have a layout for this project. I have a very very good example site of what my project needs to be like - I will provide this on PMB.
