New joomla component required

Hello, Currently i requires a joomla component similar to [login to view URL] ( please create a free login to view the working function from inside). The features i requires in this new component is : 1- members of jomsocial to be able to login and use a component that allows them to write/edit/publish books with a front cover, back cover and contents. They will also be able to add pictures, backgrounds and videos to their books. 2- This would be a little like 'my blog' but in a book format. They will be able to drag default backgrounds into an article (added by me) or upload their own backgrounds. User will have the choice to edit articles maybe using joomla default editor, but maybe with less options to make it more simple (pictures/video link and backgrounds are important) 3- The best example of this would be a site called [login to view URL] (it takes 2 mins to join and you can see a perfect example of what i want) 4- When a user logs in they will be able to choose to write/open/edit a book immidiately or carry on where they left off. All of the pages of the book can be see as small thumbnails if they want, so they can quickly choose their desired page. Im assuming that you can use the default joomla article feature to base the component from. A user can then save their book a all their saved books will be visible in jomsocial in the 'my books' section. Another user can then click on any book and read it. They will be able to read the book from left to right with a 1 or 2 page spread showing at any time. They will also be able to choose to go to any page at the bottom using pagination. 5- Their will be modules for Most recent book entry Most popular Most hits MOst commented 6- *in addition to the solentro site basic features, they want to allow friends to rights to add info the the book they are writting or not. 7- *they also want to make books private, public, or only viewable when deceased. 8- *they would like the book to be downloadable (as pdf) 9- *they would like a feature that reminds them (bookmark) of books they are currently reading like maybe the last 10 or so. 10- *they want this linked with jom social, so basically, if you hover over a friends profile image you can [login to view URL] photos [login to view URL] video [login to view URL] books & books you have read [login to view URL] messg This is small task for any joomla designer , who is better understands the component designing and feature installation task.
