We want to add some more inquiries form, Where customers can fill them for their enquirers, as well as our customer representatives / admin can also fills these forms. All enquires insert into emailmarketer database. Customer Representative can fill form on phone too ...
After admin can generate reports from database.

Number of enquiries with tel numbers
Number of enquiries with no working phone number
Total enquires going to each careers advisor
Quotes sources (magazines)
Quoted web sources (i.e. Google / other / link from another site)
Total number of enquiries contacted
Total enrolments per advisor
Number of enquiries ratio per advisor
