Multiple PHP Storefront Installations

Help, my previous installer wanted to play more than get paid.
I am seekinmg a serious full time, all business installer to install PHP based store fronts for me and my customers. I sell storefronts both with and without products included. See the stores here:

They are PinnacleCart based private branded.
This person will need to be able to handle my PHP Store installs, MySQL database setup, all importing and exporting of db and download files associated with the products.
The pay range for each install ranges from $100 per generic (empty)store, and pays up to $250 per install of our store that has 400 products in it.
All payments can be made immediately following each install.
There is nothing to this, I will sell all of your intstalls, so no marketing is required whatsoever.
There are also side jobs that I get from my customers involving script installs.
This is a very good situation for the right person, serious and qualified people only please.
