Install Testamonial Script on Site

I need someone to install a good either open source/commercial testimonial script on my website, WoWTrades.com.

I want it to be like this - [login to view URL]

The testimonial page must look like the rest of my website, which you can use my [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] to make it similar.

I also want to be able to display the most recently submitted testimonial on the front page of my website.

The testimonial script must be high quality and have a good backend. I would do this job myself but I do not have time and that is why I am outsourcing!
