A movie/ picture website.
I don't want it from scratch, I just want it to have a unique design , but use any open source cms , and just edit, can use one or anything from : [url removed, login to view]
like:
xoops , mambo , phpnuke, greeklog, runcms, typo3, xarya, e107, or any other free cms that you can edit to have the following. So you'll just edit it, that all.
A movie/ picture website.
I want a unique high quality look/ design. I have one in my mind like ( will put it soon): ( but of course want high quality graphics too)
like a cms with blog, and forum of course. but little diffrent
first page have movies / stories and news / picture categories on upper part. then new material are listed like a blog below it. to the right on top is members sign in / log in .
small flash square on teh right that says sign up now, submit you original home videos/ pictures. stories and news and win big cash now.
on top navigation : movies page will have movies categories on top , but first page will display all movies, if you press on pucture category it take you there
- pictures page ( same like above) - stories and news page ( same like above)
competition page is a competition, where I pick the best videos or picture or story ( will have different competition) and members vote on it 3 of the one i picked. ( the winner will get cash)
previous competitions will be displayed below the current one. ( when voting is closed ( I set voting a period of time) the there be a big voting closed for this category from corner to corner.
Also a mesage that says ( check back soon for next competition ) in bold under it.
user form page for users to submit videos /pcictures/ stories and news
winnerspage is winners hall, display all winner, also it has the winner cash claim form on the top right, ( they hace to click on it on the side ) I will put a check on winning members ( and they only can access this form to claim cash ) they only fill in information like name , etc.. ( they can only access it once when they press submit then hat it is it, unless they win agian.

admin control panel where I can adjust all submited material / edit / delete / change category / pick as a winner/
manage banners system
delete members / delete forum posts / make mods / delete comments about a video or picture / ban members with email ( permanent or temporary) / edit forum posts/ edit comments / ban member ip option
When members submit a material it is not listed right away in the category / blog - but it goes to material vault ( box) where i choose to list / delete / edit.
that is it, it is an easy project ( a cms with mods )not very good at installing a free cms and trying to have these design editions. So I want hiring a designer/coder for the job
