I've installed my kayako supportsuite, and everything works properly except the 'email piping'. I need someone who is experienced in cpanel, kayako supportsuite, and email piping to get this working properly on my server.
Also, to tell me what I need to write in the command line of a cron job that fetches pop3 emails to supportsuite. I got the pop3 emails to work properly, but I couldn't get the cron job to work right.
I have supportsuite installed on a different server than my mail server, but I know that the emails can still be piped to the supportsuite server.
