classified site

We attempted to post this project before so hopefully the requirements are read very carefully this time. We are seeking someone to create a classified website. We will provide the general details and provide exact information to the designer we choose. Criteria: - Absolutely NO TEMPLATES! We ran into this issure before. - Company or individual must be in the United States and willing to sign a Website Contractor Agreement turning over copyright of the design to our company. Absolutely must be your own original work! - Classified Site will have 15-20 categories... must be attractive... image galleries must not be extremely small... must include privacy statement... user agreement will be provided... royalty free pictures must be provided by you for design of home page... admin backend for changes would be nice. -Database set up must be Mysql -script installation may be needed depending on your solution to the development of this site.
