195567 Mobile Sites Affiliate System

Please have a look at www.admob.com. It's a website where webmaster of sites that are optimized to be viewed by mobile phones can sign up to include some ads into their sites and get paid for this... I just started to create something very similar to this for Germany. Please have a look at www.wap-ad.de. I want to create a website where webmaster of mobile sites can sign up and include a small piece of code (php) to show text-ads and/or graphical ads on their mobile site. Merchants should also be able to sign up at my site and start ad campaigns for their products. I already did some usermanagement stuff for my WAPad site. Webmasters and Merchants can already sign up, login, retrieve forgotten passwords and change their account data. So this is not you job. No need for you to do anything related with user management. Visitors of the site can already sign up and log in as 'webmaster' or as 'merchants'. But, unfortunatelly i do not have the time and experience to complete the whole project by myself in a reasonable timeframe. So i want you to complete this: After signing in 'webmaster' should be able to add a new mobile site, change existing ones and delete sites. For each site they can add new advertising space or edit/delete existing ones. They should select if text ads or graphical ads should be shown on this space. (They can also select that both types of ads can be shown on this space). The sites the webmaster added should be organized in categories (merchants can browse these categories and tell the webmaster about their new campaigns). The site should then provide a small piece of code to the webmaster. He has to include this PHP-Code into his site to display the ads. After signing in 'merchants' should be able to add a new campaigns, change existing ones and delete them. For each campaign they can add new graphical ads or text ads or edit/delete existing ones. Each campaign can be 'pay per click' or 'pay per view'. The campaigns the merchants added should also be organized in categories (webmasters can browse these categories and apply for specific campaigns -> eMail-Notification to the merchant, who has to accept the application). The variable prices (that merchants can specify for each ad) for view/click on the ads on webmasters site should be deducted from merchants account and credited to the regarding webmaster. Merchants should also be able to specify that applications for specific campaigns should be automatically accepted. Merchants should be able to charge their account via sending money to my Paypal account, i will add the amount to the merchants account. To create a new campaign merchants need to charge their account with at least 25€. Webmaster should be able to request payment of their Credit if it is 25€ or more. Last thing we need is a statistic tool that shows impressions/clicks and earning for each ad space to the webmaster and impressions/clicks and cost for each campaign to the merchants. I'm not willing to pay you thousands and thousands of dollars for this, but if you do good work i'll by generous. I would like to receive your fair bid on this project.
