Create NZB Newsgroup downloader

I'm looking for a skilled and competent Python 2.x coder to develop and help maintain/update a new media application project that I'm interested in having created. The main purpose of this application is to allow the end-user to automate the delivery/download of movies and TV shows to his home media computer for personal viewing in a easy to use all-in-one fashion via newsgroup NZB files. Some of the features of the project will include the following: 1#. Ability to download from newsgroups via NZB files. 2#. Ability to search and download NZB files from [login to view URL] and binsearch.net. 3#. Ability to schedule or configure automated searches and downloads of NZB files based on a specific search criteria that can be compared against a specific web site of my choice. 4#. Ability to create/move/delete/rename files and folders based on input that will be grabbed from a specific web site. This is just a list of a handful of features and abilities we want this application to be able to handle but should give you a general idea of the direction we are heading in. This application should be coded properly to function both on Windows and Linux platforms. Please only serious coders apply to this! ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project. ## Platform Windows, Linux, Mac
