Create Automated Amazon Mechanical Process and Setup Hosting

I have Tasks that I want to send to the Amazon Mechanical Turk on a frequent basis. All the tasks will be very similar. There is only one variable element for each task. The process should be completely automated, but will probably only require two scripts: 1) Query my DB to find new tasks to send (every 15 seconds) and create Turk "HITs" (aka tasks) for these using Amazon's Mechanical Turk API. When a task is sent, my DB should be updated with the unique ID for that task. 2) Every 15 seconds another process should request answers for previously sent tasks from Amazon's Mechanical Turk API. When an answer is found, it should be updated in my DB along with the unique ID for the worker who completed the task. Additional Info: - The automated process will need to be set up to run on Amazon EC2. - Prefer to use Python's boto library, but possibly could use the Amazon Mechanical Turk SDK for PHP - I already have a DB schema for the entire process, but can adjust it to fit your needs - Require twice weekly Skype calls to check progress and provide clarification. - Punctual completion of the project is incredibly important and I am willing to bonus up to 50% for on-time completion.
