Sample Facebook Application using C# .NET

I need a sample Facebook application written that will work on the "Old Facebook" and the "New Facebook". See additional info. ## Deliverables Language/Compiler: • C# / Visual Studio Application Type • Website Canvas Page URL: • “Use iframe??, can be FBML if required, but iframe is preferred. Facebook versions: • old Facebook • new Facebook Usage: • The facebook user will use the application to display additional information on their profile page that has been stored for them on a remote server. This demo will not be concerned with the remote server. Displaying the user name will be sufficient for the demo. Functions: • The application will display the name of the user who owns the Profile where the application is installed. This can be accomplished using the following C# code. (libraries from [login to view URL]) [login to view URL] user = [login to view URL](); [login to view URL]("Hello to " + [login to view URL] + " " + [login to view URL]); Installation: • A user must install the application in order for it to appear in the user’s profile • A friend does not need to install the application in order to view the output of the application on another friend’s profile that has the application. • “Old Facebook??: 1. The application icon should appear in the “Applications?? list on the left side. I believe this is called the “left-hand menu??. 2. The application should appear in the right hand column in the Profile. The title of the application appears at the top of the application, and the application space will display the name of the user who owns the Profile. There will be a link in the application that take the user to the Canvas Page for the application. • “New Facebook??: 1. The application appears in the “Boxes?? section. The same information appears as described in #2 for the “Old Facebook??. 2. The application can appear as its own tab, using the “+?? feature of the “New Facebook??.
