PHP CMS using MySQL

We are looking for a coder to create Content Management System (CMS) in PHP language using MySQL database. We DO NOT need php open source like Joomla and so on. We need the CMS php script to be written for the following simple requirement. - The system has visitor CMS website and admin pages - NO NEED graphics design for visitor CMS website pages - Add, Edit, Delete, View content page - Able to search page - Able to set page expiry date - Content page editor should be html code compatible - Set page category - Able to upload image and file - Headline or feature page (will show on front page once the page is checked) - Royalty-Free license, no php open source - PHP and MySQL v3.x supports - FREE 1 month support within system scope - 10% final payment upon acceptance after 1 month - NO NEED system installation - DIY Please show me your existing CMS if any. We preferred existing CMS ready-to-install system but not from php open source. What is your best bid? How long is the delivery? ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
