OsCommerce Product Order File Upload

We have a small website that allows customers the ability to order personalized products which are made from the images they send to us. We have just recently began setup of an OsCommerce website and need to be able to have each personalized product have the ability to upload a file and be tied into the order number. The file upload could be done after the order i guess but i think it would work best if the customer clicks the item they want, clicks the browse to upload file button, then it uploads and shows them a small preview of the image they uploaded along with the item then allows them to add to cart. I will also need instructions on how to do the install myself since i have multiple items that can be personalized and i add more a few times a year.
