Need a facebook and/or hi5 app

Hello everybody, We need a facebook and/or hi5 app in which a team of 3 people can gather votes and participate in a contest. The idea is as follows: teams of up to three people enter a contest on a site specifically build for this. In order to win the contest they must gather votes. The votes should be gathered on social networks (facebook and hi5). We need the apps that will allow the contestants to update their status and say something like “x has entered the contest. Give your vote to x here?? or any other method in which the contestants can promote the contest on these social networks. Please tell us how is the exact solution you propose for this as well as a cost and time estimate. Note: the site where the contestants actually register is NOT part of this project.
