Flash player correction

This is for web site [login to view URL] There is an exisitng flash player on this site. this need to be replaced by new one and new flash player is already on the site in temp page all ready to go live. Link is <[login to view URL]> This player on the above link need some modifcation. a) The? height of this player need to be same as height of original player on site. b) However the heighgt/width ratio of the new player need to be maintained while playing with the height of this player, at all the times. c) This new player after fixing of the height, need to adjust to resolution of different picture accordingly. It should widen more or less, but maint the same height for less resolution, black strip will come come horzontally as height of this player is fixed. Once this is done then we will make this? link live on it. ONLY AFTER WORK OF DESIGNER HAS BEEN APPROVED.
