6 Autoemails into existing site

Our site [login to view URL] is now completed we are only missing a small item. *I have designed 6 autoemail templates which I need to be implemented into my site. Half of the emails are already produced by the site and just need the design altering. I need the emails to be sent in both plain text and html depending on the end users preferences. The emails I need creating are as follows. Succesful Registration - Already generated just needs design altering. Restaurant submitted - Already created just need the design altering. Contact Form Autoreply - Not currently generated by the site. Reservation submitted - Not currently generated by the site. Thank You For Joining Our Newsletter - Not currently generated by the site. New Job Application Submitted - Already generated just needs design altering. The site is designed using PHP and MYSQL and the templates I have created have been done in Outlook which gives me the option to save the code of the email so this may help. Please excuse me if I have not supplied enough information but this is all new to me. I will be happy to answer any questions you have.
