Program needs to be able to look if a certain ebay user (up to 5 members) has posted any new auctions. Once that competitor has posted "started" their auction, my will start (x time minutes) later. If the competitor hasn't started an auction by a certain time (adjustable) then my will automatically start at that time.
I use a single auction that never changes. Price, duration, qty, gallery picture, featured plus, etc all remain the same.
I have just recently developed a shadow (competitor) that follow my every move and runs their auction exactly (or within moments) of my auction to harrass me and take some of our bids away.
