Purpose: To create logging detail from admin panel and provide to clients. And to check the status of payment transactions and profile done by client. Client can add information about their own customers and can update their profile and do settlement of transaction which will appear in client panel of report as well as in admin panel of report.
The Homepage contains Tab, HOME, APPLY NOW, CORPORATE LOG IN, CONTACT US, MASTER ADMIN PANEL and some text about company with in the Home page. (Attached wireframe file (Rough website indexpage wireframe) will be encouraged to get better in design and layout. During designing layout can be change for betterment.
The file name (Merchant Signup Form at Home Page) are the fields of form that will appear in the Homepage and when anyone enter information here, an Email will be send to us along with provided details. It will not store in DB.
Master Admin Panel Login on Homepage of website.
Tabs that will appear inside Master Admin Home after Signing in. 1- Create Login, 2- Client Profile, 3- Client Transaction Report.
Create Login: After logging in Admin will see only 4 fields inside Create Login, 1- USERNAME:, 2- PASSWORD:, 3- MANAGER:, 4- SUPPORT E-MAIL:, when Admin will enter info here and will press button (Save), the information will get saved in DB and the page that will appear shows the important thing similarly like we have (Consultancy Request Auto-generated ID and Requisition Date), here we will be having on top (Client ID: CID001 and Date of Creation: (Current Date of Creating Client will appear). After Pressing button (Create Client) the information will get stored in (Client Profile) and Edit button for change. Admin can send this Client ID:, Date of Creation:, Username:, Password:, Manager: and Support E-mail:, to client manually by Email. Admin will jump to (Client Profile).
Client Profile: See the attached file of (Client Profile from Admin) to understand this Tab.
Client Transaction Report: This page includes mainly all form fields that will be extracted from DB with an Status message at the end. This Report will contain info starts from Client ID:, VTN (Virtual Terminal Number): and end at Status Message:. What is Status Message? and what other fields will appear in the middle of this report? can be understand from Customer Transaction Report Tab mention below. For reference we can observe all fields in the attached file ((VT) Virtual Terminal Field For Client Panel as well for Client and Admin Report and (VT) Virtual Terminal Field For Client Panel as well for Client and Admin Report Continues).

The button of Settlement will perform a function and the function is to set a PROBABILITY OF 4 DIFFERENT STATUS (70% FOR APPROVED), (10% FOR DO NOT HONOR), (10% FOR DECLINED) AND (10% FOR BAD RESPONSE). These 4 status will appear randomly depending on every time Client will add a new customer information from (VT) and press Settlement. For example; If client will add 10 customer through VT then Approved should appear automatically 7 times randomly and 1 time Do Not Honor, 1 time Bad Response and 1 time Declined should appear but all randomly not in sequence, should be scattered.
The thanks message will appear and the client will jump to Customer Transaction Report.
Customer Transaction Report: Customer Transaction Report will show fields in Report and every field will be get updated automatically in Admin Panel tab of Client Transaction Report. We will shortened fields for Report to be showed up in Admin panel only in Client Panel Reports all field should appear of this attached file ((VT) Virtual Terminal Field For Client Panel as well for Client and Admin Report and (VT) Virtual Terminal Field For Client Panel as well for Client and Admin Report Continues) this should get fixed in the page. The fields will start from VTN: VTN0001 and end at "Status".
Besides that Generation of 4 Status Probability wise is the main function and key requirement of these Transactions Reports appearing in Admin and Client Panel. Here it is important to mention that credit card number will be confidential so we need Credit card last 4 digit to appear in real and rest before it in xxxxxxx format. This will appear in Client Panel only, but in Admin Panel Transaction credit card full digits will appear without any xxxxxxxx.
Client Profile: This tab will let the client update his profile. Check the file name (Client Profile Fields From Client Panel and Client Profile Fields From Client Panel Continues) to get an idea what form field will be available here for update and editing. The change a client will perform here will appear exactly in Admin Panel Client Profile page.
