Vacation Content Site

I am looking for a web designer and developer with an existing web site template to take various pieces of content and create for me a cohesive content site for my Vacation Rental properties. I have 7 properties in the Venice Florida area. I have about 100 photos of the properties and the area. I need a designer who can create a nice looking content web site. I used a demo version to build a web site. But it is too complex for my simple needs of a content site. I can also provide an upload of the photo images if required (or you can use my photos on the site as I own all of them). If you have any questions, please email me. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). Steve ## Platform To save time, I prefer a developer who can show me elements of a site they have designed previously. It is my preference that this is in PHP or ASP and that it will have a "back end" that I can easily administer after this project. I intend to add more rental properties to this site. Also, I update the photos, availablity calendar, title tags, and the prices on a regular basis. Also, I want to be able to easily build cross links between the various pages. It is my hope that this template can be used for this project with some adjustments to the content.
