**design a profesionnal web site and logo for web hosting services company. ( Obica ) The design is _very_ important and should "catch" all attention to the looking eyes. Our company has a main goal: give peoples the opportunity to start their own web hosting business at rediculous costs. ## Deliverables The web site will have different sections: **Home page**: a quick overview of our services and prices, special offers and company news... **Services**: a complete description of our services and detailed informations about all our plans and prices... **Customer Care**: Divided in 2 sections: section 1: for visitors that want to read faqs and get sales support. section 2: for current clients. they can access this section with a username and a password. If logged in, the client can read faqs, how-tos, forums, send messages and receive messages from support team, submit support tickets etc... this section must be easy to use. **Company information**: an overview of the company, a link to the affiliate program, small photo gallery of our big data center. **Contact Us**: Complete form with client information and emssage. When submitted, it is automatically "saved" in our admin area and a copy of the message and client info is sent to our support email address... **Affiliate program**: This is a small "legal" pyramid concept with only 3 levels. For exemple: Affiliate A joined the affiliate program the first one. Affiliate B joined the program after affiliate A and affiliate C joined after affiliate B and A. In this exemple, affiliate C sold our RS1000 plan that is $45 / month. when selling this plan, the affiliate C gets $7 every month as long as this client stays with us. An other $2 every month is given to the affiliate B and $1 every month to affiliate A. If the plan would have been sold by affiliate B, it would have got $7, affiliate A $2. Due that there is no affiliate before affiliate A, no other affiliate gets a comission. Every affiliate has access to its statistics, how many clients he has, how many affiliates he has under him, his sales etc... **Terms and conditions and user policies** : simple section that shows important details about our aup. **Admin area**: Where we can read, send messages to our clients and respond to trouble tickets. where we can manage the affiliate program and pay our affiliates and send them newsletters etc... 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
