Web-based Auction Listing Generator

I have created a series of auction listing templates for people to use for their eBay auctions. Rather than hand them the code & images I would like to offer a web-based listing creator. I will have over 200 templates so I need something where the user fills in predefined areas into a form and the script drops these variables into the chosen template. I would then like the user to be able to preview their completed auction listing in a pop-up window. I would like the script to be easily managable by me so I can add/remove templates without much hassle. Instead of having multiple individual listing script pages I would like the user to be able to pick a template from a drop down menu. Being able to edit this menu quickly is also a plus for me. If the end product could also have the option of automatically submitting the listing to ebay that would be optimal but not necessary. My site is currently in PHP-Nuke. If this could be written as a module with an admin area that would be optimal. I will provide my auction listing templates in advance so you will see what the end result should look like. i can also mock-up any interface looks I would like if that would expedite the process. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform My server has the following: Apache Server, Red Hat Linux, MySQL, PHP, Perl Script should work in all versions of IE, Netscape and also MUST work on the Mac version of these browsers. If it could work in Safari also that would be optimal but not required. I prefer very little to no Javascript if possible.
