239693 SocialEngine Developments

I currently have a performing arts social networking website running. ([url removed, login to view]) the owner has asked me to make some developments to both the cosmetic and technical parts of the site. I'm handling the project as well as graphical developments and moving everything to a new server. I need someone with a large portfolio of experience in PHP to make some of the non-graphical changes requested. Please see the RFP attached to see what needs to be done. Note that any text that is striked out has already been completed so that doesn't need to be done.
