Small Flash Website for an Event Planning Start-Up (4-6 Pages) Site may contain some HTML. MySQL and PHP used to store and easily update News. If other method is available using flash then we are open to discussion. 1. Splash Page, Flash Intro 2. Main page a)Field to obtain Opt-In E-Mail addresses to be written text file. b)Integrated Events Calendar c) News that can be easily updated 3. Image Gallery 4. Contact Us Page We are looking for the most cost effective, non time consuming way of creating a sharp looking, professional web page. Programmer would decide how to integrate the Flash, PHP, and HTML if and when needed. The only places we NEED flash are the Banner/Header on the Main Page, and on the Splash page. More details on company name and any other information will be given to winnning bidder. Our company logo will provide more than enough inspiration towards a design. We hope to soon (within 3 months) expand to a full blown CMS so we are looking forward to working with anyone again in the future.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
