Shopping Crawler Search Engine Website for Niche Market

Phase I: I would like to have a quality shopping crawler website built. The user will search for products based on the model of (in this example I will use cars, although the actual products I want are less elaborate) a car. The trick is they will first select the "car" based on a diagram image or exploded view of the car and its parts. When you move the mouse over a specific part, a pop up describes the part and provides info. When you click the actual part, it takes you to a new page with a well formatted list of products captured by the shopping crawler for that specific part. It should look for websites, shopping catalog entries, online stores, auction sites, etc for that specific part. The parts in question are only offered by maybe 1000 or so businesses on the web; it is a very niche area. Once the list is in front of you, you can then add more search specifics to narrow down choices. When you select a specific catalog part, it takes you directly to the manufacturers or distributors website for that part (better yet, if it can automatically take you to the actual shopping cart with the part in it, that would be very cool). Basically, it's search for products by specification (where applicable). I will work with you on all necessary content and category knowledge. Aesthetically, the site should be simple, well laid out and cater to a technical, yet diverse audience. The front page should be clean and aesthetically pleasing. I do have a logo to provide to compliment the design. It is crucial that this portion of the project is architected in a way to be search engine optimized as well as designed to build revenue through affiliates. Example, someone purchases a part directed by our site, we want to get paid. Automated revenue gen is key, so please make sure you add your thoughts here.
