I have several lists of email addresses ranging from 2000 records to 40K+ All are in csv format. Many are duplicates & many are garbage.
I want to combine all records into one list, delete duplicates, and check for validity, (ie full address including (at) . something)
I have Excell, Access etc but cannot figure out formula for this process. A simple program would work great.
Once filtered & sorted, I'd like to use the 100,000 + addresses for an advertising campagin. Need advise on cheapest, safest way to send without getting hit with flames or shut down by my ISP. All were derived from opt-in list.
Probably many scripts or programs already available, but I have little time to research. Would like to process on my local machine, not on web server.
Hi, I can advise you of a good piece of software which will take care of all of this for you. Allow you to import all of your CSV files and merge them into one list, remove all of the duplicates from the list, validate the e-mail addresses and finally send out the mail in either plain text or HTML format. The software will run on any Windows machine, can be used free of charge with no limitations and can send the mails without risk of getting shut down. Let me know if you want to talk further.
