33817 PHP or Perl Help Needed

Hi All, I need a Perl or PHP script (probably several scripts) that will be able to identify a number of text files that need to be created (by looking at a MySql table), then create the files based on a set of rules. The scripts should also be able to create specified directories on a target domain and then FTP the files to the target domain. In addition the permissions must be set correctly on the directories and files. Once that is done, update a MySql table stating that the files have been successfully created and FTP'd. Please see the details in the attached document for more specifics about each process. I will provide the selected programmer an Excel spreadsheet with screen mock ups, a jpg of the MySql tables, the DDL for the tables, scripts that will load sample data to the tables, and sample files along with the directory names of where they should be stored on the source server. Please _carefully_ review the attached document and make sure you can do the job before bidding. I don't want to get several days into the project to find out it's more complex than you thought.
