PHP/Mysql E-Commerce Web Programmer

Job Description: We need to modify an entry form page on our shopping cart website backend and the product detail page in the store front. This project is to add about 10 fields to the product table which need to be displayed on the detail product page. This one day job will be a trial for possible continuing programming work. Who we are: We have an established company with an existing e-commerce package. To fulfill our clients' different needs, we will have to modify the features continuously, while keeping them consistent. Our applications are complex but flexible through the use of many variables. Requirements: A programmer for this position must be already familiar with the following applications: PHP 4 (with a strong understanding of classes) MySQL (including views, joins, sub-selects, transactions, and database normalization) Java and Java script experience Some Perl experience CVS Repositories XML (not necessary, but helpful) A clean coding style This is a position for a advanced level programmer with hands on-experience in content management systems development and documentation of code.
