Need to build a free to join 6x3 forced matrix, with double opt-in email confirmation, full new member contact information (First and Last Name, Address, City, State, ZIP, Phone, email).
Need to create a Member ID number.
Need a publicly viewable matrix that show members where they are placed and where there downline is placed.
Need and admin area where I can inform members it is their turn to upgrade when there is 10 or more members placed below them. Need members credit card billing information emailed to me when they upgrade.
Also need a status indicator on the viewable matrix and admin area as to whether or not the member has upgraded and paid or not.
I am looking for a very simple, clean and professional design.
