Integrate with [login to view URL]

I have designed a web site but am not good with scripting. I need to be able to accept contributions using [url removed, login to view], but utilizing pages on our secure server. I believe this can be done using ASP, PHP or Perl and am not wedded to any particular script.

This is a political campaign website and because of FEC regulations we need to capture with each contribution, the person's name, address, employer and occupation. I would like to have those dumped into a database, but as long as we can get it all in an e-mail that is fine.

Would prefer someone with experience working with [url removed, login to view]'s interface.

Have checked small budget, but don't know exactly how involved this project will be. I imagine for someone who has done this before that it should be fairly simple.
