Fast and Stable proxy scanner needed ASAP

We need a very fast SOCKS and HTTP proxy scanner. The proxy scanner should scan given IP ranges and then try to send a test mail to verify that the given proxy works. It must be extremely fast. We would also like to be able to schedule date/times when it should automatically email the proxies to an email address. On a given day, it should be able to find 1500 or more working proxies. Our current scanenr is very unreliable, some days it finds 300, other days 900. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Linux Redhat
