I am looking for a DVD Price watch script, similar to [url removed, login to view] - Short description : The site should spider/check all prices from selected retailers 2 times a day (cron job). Visitors should be able to : - Requirements : * Search for a specific DVD at all retailers (results shown with prices, name retailer, etc) * See price changes at retailers with a history for 12/24 hours, 1 day, 2 days, 3 days and 7 days. * As prices from retailers will be in multiple currencies, the script should be able to convert the currencies by updating the exchange rates every day. The following currencies are expected to be used : USD, EUR, GBP, DKK, AUD. Members area features: * Member login should be based on login info from a MySQL database already in place (vBulletin forum software). A user registration is not needed, since that will be forwarded to the registration page of vBulletin. Altough not required, it will be a nice plus if the cookies can be used from the vBulletin forum so people do not need to login if they are already logged in on the forum. * There should be the option for a 'watchdog' feature. Users can (after logging in) specify a number of titles, and as soon as a price decrease at any of the retailers the user should receive an e-mail. Users have the option to select from which retailers they want to receive notifications and from which price they should receive a notification. * Registered users have the option to convert all currencies to their preferred currency. Technical details : The script will run on a Linux server (CentOS). I prefer PHP as programming language used, however CGI/Perl is also possible. All data should be stored in a MySQL database - important : The user database should be used from a vBulletin DB which is already in place. I hope I explained the project detailed enough, if not please let me know. I have multiple upcoming projects and would like to outsource a lot of development to one reliable company. If we're satisfied with the results we will use your company for future projects.
