Database Driven Script/ Customer Tracking/System Admin

We Are lauching a site that would be database driven and would keep track of the sales person moving out of country login the sales and shipments would be from warehouses. The script has to be able to send out repeat billing orders, Invoices, and also be able to printout the shipping labels.
