I want to translate an specialty calculator from VB6 to Perl to place on my Web site, as a CGI script. I already have it coded in VB6. It's tiny. The user selects one of three radio buttons, fills in two values, and the script does a simple calculation and gives three outputs. It also features a URL link which I would want to be able to customize.
This thing is so small it took me less than 30 minutes to develop it in VB6; form, code and all. It's a single form, no menu. I did, however, use a custom control for the URL link which was a freeware internet download and which I can provide if needed (but I doubt it would be needed since a simple URL link in perl is very easy, I understand.)
Need to be able to customize it to port to other domains if needed in the future.
Also must be willing to support any installation problems for the first two weeks, though I doubt I'll need to ask any.
I'll need very fast turnaround (before march 1st, 2006)
I would also want an NDA signature since it's a proprietary formula.
