Seeking Joomla/PHP Programming Pro

We are a progressive, start-up multimedia company based in Austin, Texas but networked worldwide.
We are seeking a skilled and reliable programmer to immediately begin working with us for 5 days, full-time. During this time you will be helping customize and integrate two Joomla components into our current Joomla website. One is an e-commerce/classified ads component and the other is a video upload component that uses the API of the video hosting company.
Must be fluent English speaker and must be available to chat via Yahoo or AIM.
You MUST have previous experiences creating custom Joomla components or hacks. Must be familiar with Joomla's Community Builder components. Prior e-commerce and multimedia programming experience a plus.

We hope to expand this into a full-time, 6 month contract in the very near future.
