Search Needed

I need someone to set up search on my website. I want someone who has alot of experience with searching and displaying images. The website is ArtBarf...it deals primarly with images for artist to use.

I have basic search right now but I need a more complex search setup. The current search i not working well. [url removed, login to view]

The way this page is setup is okay. But the search results page needs a huge overhall. The search algorithm might need to be rewritten.

Users search by keyword. The search will scan all file names and URL strings for matches. The images will then be displayed in a custom display page with some special options for sorting the results. See attached jpg. Pay attention to the left side. It shows what categories your keyword hit in. You can then just go view by category. Also...you may rollover a thumbnail....It will enlarge a bit...and give you a few moer sorting options. A bit of java script for thumbnail rollover will be required.

The website will eventually have a DB of 3,000,000 images. So i need search to be fast and optimized. Maybe index the search results ahead of time
