search & replace on server in bash

Hi

I want to do search & replace for string on server but using bash command (I have access to server through Putty)

Custom app. written in PHP don't work

I want from you exact syntax I need to write to search entire server and all subdirectories inside (I have over 120 domain)

I didn't found this on forums so it's your chance to earn money for 30 sec. of your time !!!
