HYIP site

I want a HYIP Site that is better than stands out to other HYIPs. All the functional requirements are that of a standard HYIP, and most likely some more features, which will be discussed upon project acceptance.

Along with the HYIP script designed from scratch, I want a design done for the site. This includes upto 8 flash banners, logo design, header, footer, navigation buttons and a flash presentation. Also, want the script installtion done including installion of SSL cert which will be provided by us. I also want a Help Desk integrated, forum and a really up to standard referral system.

A bit more about the HYIP

Must be able to control all investment plans and High security wanted. Site must one if a kind, one that is miles above all other HYIP sites
